What have we done during coaching?

  • Improved bile flow to normalize fat absorption, including fat-soluble vitamins, which positively affected skin quality.
  • We regulated water balance and added more sources of protein and iron, adjusting gastric acidity to overcome iron deficiency.
  • Together, we developed a stress management program to regulate sleep and wakefulness.
  • We also stimulated lymph flow and incorporated sources of pre- and probiotics to enhance the microbiome and immunity.

  1. I've learned to eat well and have stopped snacking often. I no longer crave sweets, especially chocolate.
  2. The inflammation from the pimple is gone, leaving just a small trace.
  3. I've realized how much nutrition affects my body and now pay more attention to my overall health.

  2. My digestion improved, the stomach pain went away, and my bowel movements became regular.
  3. I changed my attitude towards food and learned to listen to my body.
