What have we done during coaching?
Improved bile flow to normalize fat absorption, including fat-soluble vitamins, which positively affected skin quality.
We regulated water balance and added more sources of protein and iron, adjusting gastric acidity to overcome iron deficiency.
Together, we developed a stress management program to regulate sleep and wakefulness.
We also stimulated lymph flow and incorporated sources of pre- and probiotics to enhance the microbiome and immunity.

I've learned to eat well and have stopped snacking often. I no longer crave sweets, especially chocolate.
The inflammation from the pimple is gone, leaving just a small trace.
I've realized how much nutrition affects my body and now pay more attention to my overall health.
